Hi. Nobody here can answer this because there's no such thing as a standard treatment. A lot depends on where and how it has spread.

You can call or write them and ask. Here are their contact numbers. People come all the time from all over the world to be treated there. There will be no standard price but they can probably give you a projected range of potential costs. If you are coming from outside the US and paying cash you would probably pay quite a bit less than someone living here and paying via health insurance.
