Can you cure testicular cancer without treatment

Can you cure testicular cancer without treatment?
By that I mean being healthy and eating right. Im just saying is it possible?

No. Not if it is a diagnosed cancer . . eventually the disease will grow large enough to metastasize throughout the entire body. Lance Armstrong tried to ignore the symptoms of testicular cancer as well and ended up with metastatic lesions in his brain and abdomen. But seriously . . if all you needed to do was stay healthy and 'eat right' . . than there would be no cancer . .right? Cancer is an ancient disease and up until the last 40 years there were very few survivors . . people just got sick and died due to lack of treatments. At least today we have choices. So, no . . testicular cancer cannot be 'cured' without treatment.
