What would be involved in bringing in a relative from another country for cancer treatment

What would be involved in bringing in a relative from another country for cancer treatment?
I have a 16 month old cousin in Bangladesh who was recently diagnosed with cancer. The quality of health care there is very poor. I would appreciate any information on how to go about bringing them into the country in order for the child to receive proper medical treatment. Would immigration officials look at this as a special case in going around the standard immigration process?

There are visas for medical treatment. Of course, it's likely to cost tens of thousands of dollars, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, for treatment. Who's going to pay?

You'd have to show you could pay for their treatment, but possibly they would. It does happen.
