My aunt had to go to her mother country to treat her cancer treatment

My aunt had to go to her mother country to treat her cancer treatment?
Treatment would take more than 6 months. Her treatment in South Korea would give her no choice to stay in Korea. she is worrying about when she comes back to the State if immigration reject her entering. is there any information on this kind of case?~

If she is a Green card holder ...it would be best to file for a re-entry permit b4 she leaves form I-131

So let me get this straight, your Aunt, a South Korean HAD to go back to South Korea for treatment but after treatment is over the South Korean Government will not let a South Korean citizen stay in the country? Does that about sum it up?
