my girl freind has been told she has bone cancer the doctor has been treating her for sinus and eye infection for two years they have done blood work all that time and in febuary they said that she has cancerstage four she has had radiation around her eye she had three weeks of treatment they are now giving her a procret shot once a week untill her blood count goes up they are also giving her zometa she has had two shots already and has two more to go if this works they say that she won't have to do chemo so what are the chances of survival

If they are talking about her NOT having chemo her chances are very good indeed .Best of luck.

I am sorry you are going through this. There is absolutely no way to tell you with certainty how long someone has - as each person has their own physical makeup and responds to cancer differently. My father survived 15 months with very severe bone cancer with much Hospice pain management. I know another person with cancer who only lasted 3 months in the last stage. It is really so dependent on the person and how their body responds. Best of thoughts go out to you.
