His pitvh counts are are still very high; is there a shut down pitcher in him with his "stuff" and apparent strong mentality?

He's doing great.

He's had a few rocky patches, but for all that he's been through, he is doing very well. He should be considered a front runner for AL Comeback player of the year, though I don't know if he'll get it simply for the fact he missed the first half of the season.

He is doing fine.

Lester is doing as well as expected, considering he was out of the rotation for half a year, and struggled w/ cancer, but came back, and is doing as well as expected.Next season, watch out, because over the winter he is really going to work at being a better pitcher and having more control.
