my grandmother had got sick and the doctors said it was something else but after a wahile they found out it was cancer then the doctor put the thing in for the kemo treatment and never did give her the kemo treatment and then the doctor kept cancelling her appointments then she had passed away so is there anything we can do about the miss diagnose

We would need more info like what was she finally diagnosed with and why chemo was put off. Very often once the final diagnosis is made it is determined that the elderly are just not healthy enough otherwise to go through the treatment. Or, it is possible the placement of the central line became infected and that is what post poned treatment. Most attys will give a free consulation. If you trully feel there is a legal case here, then all the medical records should be gathered and schedule a consulation.
