I'm not really sure what you're asking, since "baginal" isn't a word. I will, however, address the "losing her hair" comment. Chemotherapy is designed to target fast-growing cancer cells. Since most chemo drugs can't completely isolate the specific cancer cells, it attacks all fast growing cells...in an attempt to catch the cancer cells, too. Hair cells are fast growing...so many forms of chemotherapy will cause you to lose hair. The cells of the GI tract are also fast-growing, so that could cause nausea, vomitting, ulcers, et cetera...which may (or may not) lead to weight loss. There's really not much you can do to prevent hair loss during chemo - just ask the doctor for the "track record" of the drugs involved. Some tend to make people lose hair more than others. And, also, all people are different -- so just because one person did, the next may not. Unfortunately, it's mainly a "wait and see" game.
